The Laurens County Human Resources Department handles all of the applicant services for individuals seeking employment opportunities with the County. In addition, the department is responsible for the delivery of a full range of personnel services for approximately 450 employees. The Benefits Information / Administration function of this Department provides for up-to-date reviews of the benefits offered through county employment.
The Employee / Employer Relations function addresses the need for open and honest communication and assists both supervisor and employee in facilitating a better understanding of workplace relationship.
